The link you send to vendors and guests opens your live timeline and venue addresses with no account needed, so it stays effortless on the day. It is not permanent: once you mark the event as ended, the link keeps working for 24 hours and then stops. After that, the page shows nothing, even to someone who saved it.
For your own security, the planner view keeps a log of visits to the live timeline: the time of each visit, the IP address it came from, and the browser or device used. It exists so you can spot a link that was forwarded further than you intended. Only you, the planner, can see this log; guests and vendors cannot.
We collect nothing beyond what runs the timeline, and we never sell your data.
